Reef

Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 June 2026

1. Who we are

Reef is operated by Endos. By using Reef, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Contact us at dev@endos.io with any questions.

2. Accounts

You may create either a buyer or a seller account. Each email may hold only one of the two roles — the choice is permanent. To use the other side, sign up with a different email.

You're responsible for everything done from your account. Keep your password (and your SSO provider credentials) safe. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use Reef for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to compromise the security of the platform or other users' accounts
  • Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from Reef without permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • List, distribute, or transmit malicious code, malware, or content that infringes others' rights

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

4. Seller obligations

If you sign up as a seller, you represent that:

  • You have the right to list and distribute the agents you publish
  • The information you provide during onboarding is accurate
  • You will keep your contact details up to date
  • You will respond to support requests from buyers in a reasonable time

5. Buyer obligations

If you sign up as a buyer, you represent that:

  • You will use any agents you install in accordance with the seller's licence terms
  • You will not redistribute paid agents without the seller's permission
  • You will report defects, bugs, or unsafe behaviour to the seller (and to us if serious)

6. Fees

Creating an account and using core platform features is currently free. Paid features (seller payouts, premium listings, etc.) will be announced and priced separately. We'll never charge you without your explicit consent first.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of anything you submit to Reef (agent listings, profile data, onboarding answers). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and operate the platform with that content.

Reef's own software, branding, and documentation belong to Endos. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without permission.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing dev@endos.io. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimers

Reef is provided "as is"without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We don't endorse, audit, or verify the agents listed by sellers — use at your own risk and review each agent's safety notes before installation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endos's total liability for any claim related to Reef shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction say otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Reef after a change means you accept the new terms.
